Eldorado Vacances – Holiday home in Vensac Océan / Montalivet

Between pine forest, cycle paths and immense ocean beaches, this house located in Vensac Océan, a few minutes from Montalivet, has been designed as a real refuge to slow down, breathe and fully enjoy the Atlantic.

Built in 2021, this contemporary house of 114 m² offers a warm and bright atmosphere inspired by the seaside. Here, the holiday spirit is not based on ostentatious luxury, but on quality of life: natural light, flowing volumes, calm, comfort and the immediate proximity of the ocean.

The house voluntarily accommodates a maximum of 6 people in order to preserve a real quality of stay. The idea was never to "fill" the spaces but to offer a comfortable place, pleasant to live in and perfectly suited to holidays with family or friends.

As soon as you enter, you discover a particularly well thought out house. Traffic flow is natural and fluid, with no unnecessary corridors or loss of space. Every square meter has been designed to be useful, pleasant and easy to live with on a daily basis.

The heart of the house is organized around a large living room bathed in light, opening onto the covered terrace and the garden. The large openings create a permanent continuity between interior and exterior, typical of holiday homes where you live both outside and inside.

The open kitchen communicates elegantly with the living room thanks to a workshop glass roof that structures the volumes while allowing light to circulate. This element brings a lot of character to the living room and contributes to the contemporary and warm atmosphere of the house.

The decoration is directly inspired by the world of the beach and the ocean: natural materials, warm furniture, soft colours, Atlantic light and a slow atmosphere. The whole has been designed to create a relaxing, simple and authentic place.

One of the most unique elements of the house is the works that decorate the different rooms. The paintings present are originals inspired by the beach, the sand, the ocean and the coastal spirit. They give the place a real identity and a special soul, far from the standardized decorations that are often found in seasonal rentals.

The house has two real sleeping areas located on either side of the living room. This organization provides remarkable comfort, especially for families or stays with friends. Everyone can enjoy their own space while sharing a large, friendly and bright central living space.

Two bedrooms are equipped with particularly comfortable queen size beds, perfect after a day at the beach, cycling or walking. The third bedroom accommodates high quality Interior's bunk beds. Very robust, they can accommodate both children and adults, unlike many extra beds that are often not very comfortable.

The house also has two bathrooms and two toilets, a real comfort on a daily basis when several people stay together. This configuration allows everyone to experience the holidays at their own pace without constraint.

Outside, the land of about 750 m² naturally extends the spirit of the house. The environment is quiet, residential and surrounded by nature. Here, the dominant noise is often that of pine trees and the ocean wind.

The covered terrace quickly becomes the heart of summer life. Breakfast after the market, lunch in the shade, long summer evenings, aperitifs after the beach or reading in peace: it accompanies all times of the day.

One of the great privileges of this house remains its exceptional location for a car-free holiday.

A gate located to the south of the garden gives direct access to the cycle path. Once the bikes are out, everything becomes simple and natural. The beach can be reached in about five minutes by bike and the famous Montalivet market can be reached in less than ten minutes.

Daily life then immediately takes on a different rhythm: going to get bread by bike, returning by the tracks under the pine trees, reaching the ocean without difficulty, enjoying the sunsets and then returning to the calm of home.

This direct proximity to the cycle paths contributes enormously to the feeling of freedom and disconnection that the place provides.

The house also has all the modern comforts necessary for a pleasant stay: air conditioning, fiber internet, recent equipment, generous spaces and excellent quality of construction.

Even during extended stays, the particularly fluid organization of the spaces makes the house very easy to live in.

Outside of summer, the stove provides a warm atmosphere that is particularly pleasant after a walk on the ocean beaches. For safety reasons related to the risk of fire in the forests of the Médoc, its use is not authorised during the summer season.

The geographical location also makes it easy to discover the whole of the northern Médoc and the Atlantic coast:
